Our process takes the stress out of planning your renovation or home building project.

Renovating a home or building a custom home can be stressful and time-consuming. With our customer-focused approach to everything we do, our team at Serenity Construction & Design takes the time to ensure you are well-versed in the project and understand what you can expect throughout the process.

Our process has been developed and refined over many years in the construction industry, and we’ve come to find that a fixed-cost, up-front process with our customers is the most effective approach to help build trust, ensure a streamlined construction timeline, and deliver a high-quality product that you will love.

Phase One:

We meet with you at your home to discuss your needs and the design possibilities of your home or property.

Serenity takes site measurements and pictures for the purpose of estimating and design.

Serenity provides approximate pricing based on the preliminary meeting to determine and advise on the scope of work needed.

Phase Two:

We return to your home with an itemized, detailed scope of work and initial conceptual design. Changes are made at this time.

Construction Drawings are made and a finalized scope of work is agreed upon.

The next step is to meet with our Designer to choose all finishing materials. Including tile, flooring, lighting, cabinetry and all other finishes. Once selected and approved, these details are included within the contract and Serenity orders everything and handles all deliveries.

Phase Three:

With final approval and signing of the Construction Contract, we have a “kick-off’ meeting at your home with our Project Manager to review the design and timeline of construction.

Once Building permits (if required) are applied for and approved, we are ready to begin. Our team will coordinate every aspect of the project, in-cluding all sub-trades, material ordering and deliveries, and all other de-tails of the build/renovation.

Upon Completion of the Project, Serenity meets with you for the final inspection to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services and your two year service and home warranty goes into effect.
